Ownership: All intellectual property created by GInfomedia Solutions during a project remains our property until the final payment is made. Upon full payment, ownership rights for the specific deliverables transfer to you. Example: Ownership rights to a custom logo design will be transferred to you once the project is fully paid. Usage Rights: You agree not to alter, sell, or distribute our intellectual property without our consent until full ownership has been transferred.
