Project Scope and Pricing
Scope of Work
Each proposal includes specific deliverables, deadlines, and project phases. Additional requests outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
Transparent Pricing
Pricing varies by service complexity and resources needed. All fees will be outlined in the proposal provided before project commencement.
Payment Terms
- Payment Schedule: Projects typically require an initial deposit (50%) to begin work, followed by milestone-based payments (25% mid-project, 25% on completion).
- Late Payments: Late payments may delay project progress. Prolonged non-payment may result in the project being paused or terminated.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided for services rendered. For partially completed or canceled projects, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property created by GInfomedia Solutions during a project remains our property until the final payment is made. Upon full payment, ownership rights for the specific deliverables transfer to you.
Example: Ownership rights to a custom logo design will be transferred to you once the project is fully paid.
Usage Rights: You agree not to alter, sell, or distribute our intellectual property without our consent until full ownership has been transferred.
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
Client Confidentiality
We will not disclose any project-related information to third parties without your consent, except when required by law.
NDA Available
If your project involves sensitive information, we are open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect your business interests.
User Responsibilities
- Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all information provided to us is accurate and up-to-date.
- Use Our Content Responsibly: You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use content from GInfomedia Solutions without written permission.

Service Termination
